Information Technology Services (ITS) provides support for the use and integration of computing, communications, multimedia and associated information technology to the students, faculty, staff and administration of Union College. Focus for this support is to enable the College to achieve its academic and research missions and accomplish the administrative functions of the College with the highest possible efficiency and effectiveness.

Campus Community,
The College's campus network and Internet access will be unavailable from 5:00 - 5:30 P.M. tonight (October 2nd). This will allow Information Technology Services, working with our vendors, to perform necessary maintenance to address recent network problems.
During this time all network resources (internet, email, wireless access, administrative systems, etc.) will be unavailable. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause, but the recent network problems have made this necessary.

SPAM Filtering: On Wednesday, June 3, 2009 Information Technology Services will be upgrading the SPAM and Virus filtering services used to scan incoming email messsages. We will be switching to Google Postini Services. Users will receive a notification email listing all messages that have been identified as possible SPAM. From this email, users will have the ability to mark any incorrectly identified messages as legitimate and have them delivered to their mailbox.
